The relaxed nature of the hotel, the helpfulness of the staff and the great view that the room afforded over looking the Thames with a wide panorama view. Despite being on the embankment we were surprised that it was so quiet. Breakfast was a very relaxed event, a good start to the day ahead.

The hotel was opulent, with exclusive amenities like a private spa and gym. the Restaurant had a wide-ranging menu with exquisite cuisine, while the bar and lounge area was elegant, with a sophisticated atmosphere. the hotel's location advantage was for refined travellers seeking to live in style amidst the luxuries of the city.

The only thing we didn't like was the internet fees charged, which were quite expensive compared to other hotels in the city. considering the vast exclusive benefits, this was only a minor issue.

Excellent friendly staff at both check-in and out and at breakfast.

our room was upgraded due to my partners birthday. i was very impressed with the cup cakes that had been sent to our room before our arrival. The view from our 8th floor room was amazing especialy at night.the staff at the front desk were very helpfull and pleasent.

we would have liked to have booked in earlier than 3pm.
